Ty has 40 years of experience as a licensed Professional Engineer and is a Certified General Contractor.  He has a holistic view of key project life cycles. This includes successfully organizing and directing the execution of engineering, procurement, and construction phases of projects.

Ty has guided and managed large projects, programs, and portfolios.  Projects and programs ranged in value from $300K to over $1.2B. He provided execution and quality oversight of global enterprise Portfolios up to $3.3B in the commercial and industrial sectors.  Ty’s 41 year profession includes 20 years of service at Black & Veatch and 21 years of service at Burns & McDonnell.   During those tenures, working in Project Controls, Commercial Management, and Project Management, he helped both Engineering/Construction Companies triple in growth.

Ty's Architectural, Engineering, and Construction experience has continually created value for the client.  He has always prioritized Safety First, establishing clear lines of communication, and generating well-developed and effective plans and processes. His overall goal in every project is to mitigate risks and maximize reward.

Paul has 30 years’ experience in the United States Air Force, working in and leading several mission critical maintenance organizations.  Paul’s perspective is: Project execution is primarily focused about the little things that make up the whole.

Paul has first-hand experience in successfully planning and executing projects.  During his career progression he has repaired highly integrated systems and managed flightline maintenance operations.  While serving as the Chief of Quality Assurance, he analyzed quality control metrics/trend data, evaluated tasks and processes in over 50 specialized departments.  Later he achieved the role of Superintendent of Maintenance, leading an Aircraft Maintenance Unit, consisting of 275 personnel spanning 16 skillsets responsible for maintaining $1.4B worth of cornerstone aircraft and facilities.  He has taken part in and led numerous Change Management, LEAN, and Continuous Improvement Process (CIP) events.  The events resulted in saving scare resources, funds, and creating more efficient and effective processes.
